4. SMS Program Terms

EF4ORTLESS Epoxy operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding estimates, project updates, and service inquiries. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following terms:

• Program description: We send SMS messages related to your estimate requests, project status, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries. Messages are sent in direct response to your interactions with us — this is not a recurring promotional subscription.
• Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact or estimate request form and submitting the form. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your project status and inquiries.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• No sharing of opt-in data: Your SMS opt-in information — including your mobile phone number and consent status — will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. This data is used solely by EF4ORTLESS Epoxy to communicate with you directly.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts will be sent.
• To re-enable: Reply START.
• For help: Reply HELP or contact us at 972-433-7330 or [email protected].
• Supported carriers: Most major US carriers are supported. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
